In this final article of our series, you’re going to learn about the unfortunate experiences of Christine Shockey. She suspected she was having a heart attack when she awoke at 2 a.m. with excruciating pain shooting down her left arm. Tragically, it took her doctors, who ignored her requests for additional tests 5 days to figure it out — a delay that changed her health forever.


A few weeks ago, I met a new patient, we’ll call Mark.
