As depression continues to impact millions across the globe, antidepressant users are often unaware of the risk their medication poses. A shocking new study involving hundreds of thousands of antidepressant users found a 33% increase in the risk of death!


As the saying goes, “Everything in moderation, including moderation,” is applicable to the recent large international study involving more than 135,000 people across five continents. It determined a diet which includes a moderate intake of fat and fruits and vegetables, and avoidance of high carbohydrates, is associated with lower risk of death.
