Our standard American diet (SAD), is linked to not only the development of several chronic physical diseases, but to higher levels of depression and anxiety. A new study reveals a diet known to prevent heart disease and cancer also helps when it comes to emotional health and well-being.





Do you drink fresh vegetable juices? Did you try it and stopped doing it because of the hassle (cleaning the machine)? I’ve been juicing fairly regularly for several decades, and when I stop, I wonder why I did. It is one of the healthiest things I do.

It is one of the leading risk factors and contributors to the development of chronic diseases, including diabetes, heart disease, cancer, stroke, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, and many more.
