Are you looking forward to the traditional holiday meals? Tis’ the season to gain weight! With Thanksgiving and Christmas on the horizon, the majority of Americans are looking forward to a festive feast, with turkey, side dishes, and pumpkin pie. Eating more than usual for a week may not be bad, as long as people exercise regularly, too.


Is there a supplement that can take the place of exercise? Not completely, in terms of its numerous health related benefits. However, because more than 50 percent of obese and overweight adults are do not exercise to improve their health, a new study suggests taking a certain vitamin can have similar heart related (cardiovascular) benefits comparable to regular exercise.




Women are nearly twice as likely to experience anxiety as men, a global review reveals. The Cambridge University authors also determined young people under 35 and those living with chronic health conditions are particularly affected.
