It’s hard to believe 2016 is coming to an end. Since 2017 is only a few days away, you may be thinking about your resolutions. Unfortunately, according to researchers, by mid-February most resolutions have fallen by the wayside.


Instead of wishing you a Happy New Year, my desire is for you to experience a happy and healthier new you! It is never too late to begin anew to create and experience the good health you desire and deserve. We have a lot of additions coming soon in the New Year. Including podcasts, more videos, webinars and later in 2016 we will be sponsoring weekend retreats.


Hard to believe we’re almost half way through 2014, but we are! How are you doing? And what about those New Year’s resolutions I asked you about in January? Have you lost those extra pounds, exercised, meditated, or created the new habit, reached the goal as you intended on January 1, 2014? It’s okay if you haven’t.
