It’s summertime!! Yes!! Seems like I was just writing about New Year’s resolutions and now we’re into the second half of the year. It’s hard for me to believe that the long, seemingly unending winter is truly over, and summer is here!

  2. Consider gardening (flowers, vegetables, herbs)
  3. Visit farmer’s markets
  4. Grow herbs in your kitchen window or deck
  5. Visit u-pick farms
  6. Consider an outdoor activity (walking, tennis, jogging, golf, swimming, baseball, touch football, volley ball)
