One of the most frequent questions I’m asked is how to  prevent Alzheimer’s Disease.

British researchers have determined that regularly drinking green tea could help protect the brain against developing Alzheimer’s and other illnesses. Scientists at Newcastle University, Newcastle upon Tyne in England, led by Ed Okello, evaluated the impact of digestion on green tea compounds antioxidants, known as polyphenols that may have properties that protect the brain because they bind with toxic compounds.
