Adults taking a unique antioxidant that specifically targets cellular powerhouses, or mitochondria, reversed aging in see aging of their blood vessels reverse by the equivalent of 15 to 20 years within six weeks, according to new research at Colorado University.



Physical exercise has an anti-aging effect on the brain — an area that controls memory, learning and balance. A new study, comparing different forms of exercise — dancing and endurance training — undertaken by senior volunteers for eighteen months, found both can help to keep the brain young, but dancing provided additional benefit.
