Well, here we are and it’s already mid-April! Seems like I was just writing about New Year’s resolutions. Don’t beat up on yourself, if your New Year’s resolutions are no longer on your daily radar. Each day is a new opportunity to improve your health and well-being. Just simply make a decision to do something today that you didn’t do yesterday, and keep doing it. It normally takes 40 days to change a habit—so practice doing your new health activity, be it meditation or affirmation, exercise, or cleaning up your diet, even laughing every day. As the commercial says, “Just do it!”
