Of course you do! Everyone does, we just think that we don’t. Self-love is the key to everything you want, including your optimal health and well-being. It requires acknowledgment of our true worth, and overcoming the misguided thoughts the world has given us, regarding our so-called unworthiness. By mere fact of your existence, you are worthy of all the good that life has to offer. And once you truly accept that understanding, your life will change accordingly.
